Matériaux :	noyer : chêne : taillé, décor en relief
Précision sur_l'état :	Statue restaurée en 1997 dans l'atelier Groux S.A., et à nouveau en 2010 par Valérie Baudon. Les traces de polychromie ont été conservées.
Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge est debout en léger contraposto, elle est vêtue d'une robe à col large, arrondi, boutonné en son centre. La robe est serrée sous la poitrine par une ceinture décorée. Le long voile à franges couvre sa tête au-dessus du crâne, l'épaule gauche et s'achève derrière le genou gauche. Un manteau à franges et au décor de fleurs de lys est porté sur la hanche droite. La robe retombe sans cacher les pieds chaussés de sandales. L'enfant à la chevelure bouclé est porté sur la hanche droite de la Vierge. Son corps en torsion présente des jambes de profil et le buste de face. Il tient une sphére dans la main gauche sur laquelle devait se trouver une coix latine aujourd'hui disparue.
