Précision sur l'inscription :	Inscription sur l'angle inférieur senestre : 'Grand de taille et de nom, traversa les mers pour la foi de J.C. Il fut martyrisé en Lycie, dans l'Asie mineur, le 25 juillet, l'an 250'.
Précision_sur la representation :	Saint Christophe barbu et chevelu, porte une courte tunique blanche masquant une partie du tronc seulement, maintenue par une bretelle et un manteau rouge drapé sur l'épaule droite passant sur la cuisse gauche. Le buste et le bras gauche sont dénudés laissant apparaître la forte musculation du saint représenté en géant s'appuyant sur un palmier pour l'aider à franchir les flots. Il porte le jeune Jésus sur son bras droit replié. L'enfant vêtu de blanc lève le bras droit vers le ciel et s'appuie sur le globe de la gauche.
