Historique :	Statue de facture artisanale, d'auteur inconnu, dénote cependant une certaine volonté d'expression de tristesse dans une grande simplicité naïve. La tradition locale, sans fondement, voit dans cette statue : une Sainte Radegonde Religieuse.

Précision_sur la representation :	Cette Mère de douleur se présente sous les traits d'une paysanne simple sans aucune élégance, couverte de vêtements lours daits avec des étoffes grossières, chaussée de gros souliers. Seuls la coiffe et son voile auraient une apparence de légèreté relative. Les mains jointes, les doigts entre-croisés et les pieds sont démesurément énormes par rapport au corps et même à la tête. La figure est triste, le regard loitain.
